Under limited supervision and broad general direction by the Manager of Administrative Operations-Imaging performs supervision duties and coordinates the activities of staff in Medical Imaging Scheduling and Film Library. Responsible for maintaining accuracy of billing for Medical Imaging accounts. Evaluates personnel; develops budgets; and implements policies, objectives, and procedures established for Medical Imaging.

Qualifications:

Requires a High School or equivalent. Associates or Bachelors degree in Health Services Management is preferred. Must have at least two (2) years of progressively responsible scheduling experience with at least one (1) year in medical imaging scheduling. Prefer prior supervisory experience. Prefer training in Epic Cadence Scheduling, Epic Radiant, and Medical Terminology. A BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center is preferred and will be required within 3 months of hire. Must possess good customer service and communicative skills. Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English. Will need to demonstrate the ability to supervise, train and coordinate the work of the customer service staff. Medical Terminology and health care related experience preferred.
