  • Under the direction of the Performance Excellence Administrator, this position is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day functionality and operational health of the Kronos Workforce Management Systems which includes: Human Resources, Payroll, Scheduling, Timekeeping, and Analytics. Manages and provides direction to a group of application analysts whose responsibilities include system and security administration, application support, development and testing of enhancements and upgrades, and technical support and training. In addition, this position is also responsible for leading the design and development of custom interfaces, programs, and reports within the Kronos application suite; provides gap analysis to determine the Kronos suite's system configuration and development changes required for operational efficiency; and works with business process owners to ensure Kronos modules and features function to help them meet their business needs and objectives.

    · Experience working with KRONOS Workforce Integration Manager (WIN) tool

    · Experience creating detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation.

    · Prior supervisory/management experience with excellent communication, time management and exceptional customer service skills.

    · Must be able to establish and maintain positive team working relationships to promote positive change and quality improvement initiatives.

    · Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, customer service and enthusiasm, combined with the ability to build relationships with business and key stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work. Must have minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible HR/Payroll systems related experience that demonstrates a high level of understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Experience must include demonstrated leadership ability, preferably working in a supervisory or project management role in a healthcare setting. Prefer experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) or similar data integration tool. Must have a working knowledge of HR or Payroll systems design, development, and support, preferably with Kronos systems version 7.0 or higher. A working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Crystal Report Writing is strongly preferred. Must be able to create detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation as necessary. Must be able to develop scalable and efficient interfaces, custom reports, and other programs needed to solve business requirements. Must have the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of subordinate personnel in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale. Must be approachable, people oriented, and a good listener. Must be a change agent able to develop, implement and maintain policies and processes. Requires the ability to be a creative, independent thinker. Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, customer service, and enthusiasm, combined with the ability to build relationships with business and key stakeholders. Must possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to utilize the appropriate management techniques to plan, organize, control and coordinate activities. Must be able to successfully manage complex issues and generating creative, business-oriented solutions while working as part of an integrated team. Must possess the ability to prioritize based on ability to see the big picture. Requires advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point. Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
